Let me guess, you are a hustling, bustling hairstylist behind the chair, working so hard to build a beautiful career for yourself, one that gives you time, freedom, and energy to spend with yourself, your family, and your friends. But you feel like you're always working in your business, even when you're not behind the chair. My name's Hunter Donia, and I help you automate your systems and implement really beautiful strategies so you can grow your business without the overwhelm. And this is the Modern Hairstylist podcast.
Hello, friend. Welcome back to the Modern Hairstylist podcast. I am super freaking excited because, like I say every single freaking time I have an amazing guest on here, um, I just have the coolest friends. And I just have, like, the most amazing circles and people that I get to meet and network with.
And I am really excited for the beautiful human who is gonna be joining us today because she shares so many beautiful business strategies for people just like you, you beauty professionals, service providers, small businesses, um, but also teaches you how to show up within those business strategies in a human, um, very genuine and authentic and confident way. And that's exactly what we're gonna be talking about today, but I'm really excited to introduce to you guys Ms. Britney. What's going on Britney?
How are you? I'm so good. Thank you, Hunter, for having me on your show. Yes, thanks for being here.
How do you pronounce your last name? It's, it's Benion. Okay. It's a strange last name.
I didn't even know how to say it when I was first married, so there you go. I love it. That's awesome. My last name is kind of like a mystery.
Like, nobody in my, in my family really has, like, a set way of saying it. Like, people will either say it like Do-nia, Donia, D- Like, it's, like, all over the place, so I feel you, friend. But, uh, but, Britney, tell us about- There, we're bosom buddies that way. Right?
Um, tell us about, uh, who you serve, what you do, what your experience has been, and, uh, we'll go from there. Great. So, my name is Britney Benion, and I am a personal branding strategist and photographer. So I work with specifically women entrepreneurs across the country to be able to feel confident and show up in their brand in a visual way so that they can stand out amongst all of their peers and their competition.
So, I love working especially with, like you said, your type of service providers, stylists that are just ready and aching to stand out in their business. Um, so it's really fun, and I love, I love talking about the confidence that you need in order to do that. Yeah, and I think that in 2022, I think that, especially for us as an industry, it's becoming harder and harder and harder to set yourself apart from the people in, in, you know, the, the competition down the street, right? And all of these other pictures and, and influencers and people that are so saturated in, like, social media and just in all of marketing in general because we are all just becoming so rapidly digitally inclined, right?
And we're all posting all this picture of all of our work. But I think that the thing that can really set you apart is, like you teach, is showing up confidently as yourself, and you, you as yourself is going to be what sets you apart at the end of the day. But, but as we know and as I've experienced, I'm sure that you can relate, Britney, in one way or another, and I'm sure that you listening to this, you can, you can relate too, that it can be really scary to show up sometimes. And so what I love that Britney does is, is teaching you how to visually show up in marketing spaces so that way you can create a brand for yourself that sets you apart.
But it can, it takes a little bit of mindset work, it takes a little bit of uncomfortability. And so, Britney, how can we get out of that slump? How can we push through and show up confidently in a visual way to set our brands apart? Tell us the tea.
Well, I think you've hit it right on the head. We process visuals 90% faster than any other information, and we just have this influx of visuals bombarding us, social media, advertisements, emails, um, anywhere that you go, you're just getting this influx. And especially as hairstylists, you guys have a really great, um, volume of images that you can use because y- like, your befores and afters, the people who you're styling, everything like that is beautiful and wonderful and is great marketing material. But I'll let you know, there is something completely different about showing the back of somebody's head, your client's head, in every single photo, and every single person's doing that.
There's a difference between creating a brand around that and then creating a brand around who you are as a person. I know whenever I go to get my hair done, I love it when I have somebody who is engaged with me, wants to know about me, we chat, um, and so I, I love that because it's a whole experience. And I know you've recently talked, Hunter, about client experience and how important that is. Well, your brand is the same thing.
That is all wrapped up in your brand and how you market yourself. So today, I really wanna dive in and teach you seven easy steps to build your confidence, because when it comes down to it, it is really easy to post photos of the back of somebody's gorgeous head, but it's really hard sometimes to post a picture of the front of your face, and you have to do that. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. And I think that we live in such a, like, a social media bubble that we, like...
And also, you hear from influencers or educators or, or whatever it may be, such as you and I, that you have to show up and that you have to do all these things, right? And then you feel all this pressure, but then you start to compare yourself, and then it can feel paralyzing, and then you get down on yourself, right? And so thank you so much for wanting to come and share, and share those seven tips. I would love to just dive right into number one because I'm, like, sitting on the edge of my seat, so excited.
Perfect. Well, the first one is to stop comparing yourself to others, and this one is a big one because we all do it.I know this because I do this all the time. I will sit and compare myself to, to other people.
But the problem is, when you're comparing yourself to others, A, you're always comparing your very worst to their very best, and that means you will always be one step behind, and you're always looking to other people to value, uh, validate your decisions and choices. So, the first step to building confidence is really just knock that off. Start focusing and trusting on who you are. And that leads us into tip number two, which is to look inward, not outward.
And this one is a big one. We look so much to influencers, to who else, what are they doing? Are they doing this? Okay, well, now I need to do that.
Are we keeping up with styles? Are we keeping up with trends? We have to always, like, follow along, and we're looking outward for all of this validation, and what it really is doing is it is distracting us from our business, our purpose, our unique value that's gonna bring us, uh, to, to... that we have to bring to the world.
You really just need- Yes. to know who you are and trust your gut. Yes. Yes, yes.
And I like that you just said that, because I feel like both of those tips, it goes back to you have something unique about you, right? Because everybody does. And what really matters at the end of the day, at the end of the day, is not what people who are irrelevant or, like, these other people who are in the same field as you think about what you're posting and what you're doing. It matters what the people that you are serving think about you, and the right people, too, right?
And I think it... I don't know if you agree with me, Brittany, but like, if you show up as yourself and you just start to lean into who you are, and if you think about it as something... as more of like, you know, like you said, looking inward, but then also putting that out there and, and thinking about how you are serving your ideal client instead, and like, really staying focused and putting blinders on on how can I offer value and how can I serve people as who I am? Then that's when you start to achieve real success.
Would you agree with me? Yes. And a lot of times, we're taught, you just need to focus on the person who you're serving. You have your ideal client, you have your ideal client community, what I like to call them, and everything's about them, but we forget the other half of that, which is what you bring to the table.
And, and you've hit... You've said this, Hunter, and I don't know if you consciously said it, just barely, or not, but it really is. You have to focus on who you're serving, but you cannot forget who you are, because it's those two pieces together, that's where the magic happens. And if you've...
if you're stuck in this, I teach this in, in my brand builders formula. If you're stuck in this piece of your vision and you're only focusing on one part of this and not bringing who you are as your unique self into the equation, that's where you're not gaining that traction. If you're like, "Oh my gosh, I'm listening and I'm doing everything that everyone's telling me, and I'm focusing, and I'm serving, and I'm..." and everything's for them and them and them, and it's depleting you because you're not taking, uh, and valuing who you are as a unique person, it's never gonna work.
You have to put those two together, two parts of the equation, and that's why I say look inward, because you guys know what you're doing. Like, you are so much further along than you think you are. And that actually leads us into step number three. I love how these just, like, magically are flowing into one another.
So, step number three is to measure backwards. And this sounds a little bit funny, but I want you to envision where you are right now, and then I want you to envision what your ideal is. We all have this ideal that we want to get to, and as we progress along, and as we learn, and as we grow, do you know what happens to our ideal? Do we ever get closer to that ideal?
Of course not. We are high achievers. If you're listening to Hunter's podcast, if you're in his Modern Stylist Movement, you guys are high achievers in this industry. And so that ideal, oh, I love you, it just keeps moving right along with you, and it's like always chasing a horizon.
You're never gonna get there, and that's okay. If you're focusing on, "Oh my goodness, I've gotta get there, and now I..." and that horizon's moving, that ideal is moving, "and I'm chasing it," you're gonna start to feel down on yourself. You're not gonna be confident.
"Oh, I can never get to that next, that next step." So, what I teach is, to build your confidence, measure backwards, and so this means you're focusing on where you are now versus where you were before. And this is a very simple exercise, but it allows you to open your mind to be able to see that you've actually grown. You've learned something new.
You're getting better, and then you're no longer chasing that ideal, but you're starting to appreciate where you are and what you've done in the past. Right. Okay, that's cool. I love that.
I love that, and I love, really... I, I say it in my, uh, in my programs all the time, like in our live group coaching calls, I give people a moment to celebrate themselves and, like, talk about, like, their wins and, like, what they have achieved thus far, um, because I feel like otherwise, we don't really have spaces to do that inside of, number one, uh, where we, like, where we're fully invited to share those things and, like, really take a moment to, like, reflect on the good things, because we're so often focusing on the shitty things, and we're so often getting down on ourselves, and I think that you... I think that you make a really good point that, like, because we aren't taking a second to appreciate what we have done thus far, it paralyzes us, because all we're thinking about is the stuff that is icky and doesn't feel good and, and makes us feel less than. And so let me ask you this.
I hope that this isn't too, uh, much of, like, a, a on-the-spot question. So, how, how can we set goals for ourselves, right, yet also appreciate what we've done thus far and not feel like, not feel, um, not feel, like, defeated by setting those goals and maybe not achieving them and, and all of those things?Uh, I think this is a perfect question. And the reason why I say this measure backwards piece is because it really only pertains to high achievers, okay?
Because you are the type of person who is setting a goal, and you are the type of person that is reaching and striving to get to that. Most people in the world who don't even care, they're like, "Oh, yeah, I, you know, am I there? Am I not there? I don't even care.
I'm not even doing that." You're already doing the work, but it's when you are doing that work that you're like, "Oh, but now I need to do this. Oh, but now I need to reach this goal. Okay, now I'm, I'm consistently booking clients?
Great. Well, but I'm also not making five, uh, figure months. Okay, now I'm making five figure months. Oh, yeah, but I haven't reached a six-figure year."
You know, and, and so high achievers continually move that bar, and you have to do that. We know that. But what we are not doing is we're not saying, "Oh, my gosh. I used to think that this was the place to be.
I thought that, oh, I would have arrived once I have gotten to this point." And so, and the world teaches us, there's no- it, how dare you? How dare you sit and, like, pat yourself on the back? How dare you sit and say that you did a great job?
That's just what we're taught in society. You have to... If you're not humble, if you're not doing these things and a- and acknowledging what you've done, like, you really, really don't have that space. So, Hunter, I appreciate that you give your stylists that space.
So, what you normally do when it comes to setting goals and achieving them, keep doing that. I'm not saying to never chase that horizon. Like, that is the goal. That's already what you're doing.
But don't expect to always be getting there. Nobody ever wants to get to that horizon. That's where the sunset is. If you're there, you can't see the sunset, okay?
You wanna have that beauty in your life. You always wanna be chasing that. But, um, you don't want to stop your journey because you think that you'll never get there. I hope that makes sense Yes, I love that.
That tot- that totally makes sense. And, like, having, like, look, like, having, having a horizon, having a goal to chase is fantastic and great, but realizing that, you know, like, the hori- the horizon may never end, and that's okay. And, and what has gotten you here is, is really important, and where you are right now is to s- uh, to celebrate that is really awesome. So, like, that totally makes sense.
I love that. So, what was that? Was that number three or four? I forget.
That was number three. Okay, beautiful, 'cause that's- I'm just so excited for four. That's great. Okay, now four, I absolutely love, because this is a little bit different.
A lot of times, we're taught that you, your confidence starts in your head. Once you've got your mind set, then you'll be confident, and you can show up. And sometimes, you are not ready for that mindset to shift. I know especially, like, when I am super hormonal as a woman, or I have had a stressful day, like, I cannot get into the right mindset.
But there's something magical. We can move our bodies first, and then our mindset follows. And what I like to do with this is what I call power posing. And I don't know, Hunter, if you've ever tried this, but power posing is literally mechanically moving your body into a position that releases hormones in our brain that builds our confidence, okay?
So, this is what a power pose looks like. It looks like expanding your body physically. That's either lifting up your chest, pulling your shoulders back, standing up nice and tall. Sometimes I call it, like, the Wonder Woman pose, where you, and you all know when I say Wonder Woman pose, you're thinking about that in your head, where you're like, ch- uh, your hands are on your hips and your chest is out, and you just stand like that.
And I guarantee, if you sit up wherever you're at, even if you're driving and listening to this podcast, if you just sit up a little bit taller, if you pull your shoulders back, you lift up your chin, you spread your feet apart, you ground them tight on the ground, all of a sudden, your body is in a position that's going to let your brain release dopamine chemicals that will help you build your confidence. I do this before everything I ever do. Before I record a podcast with my dear friend, Hunter, before I go to a photo shoot, before I speak on a stage. And in fact, it's funny.
I'll do this while I'm driving in my car. I'm sitting in my car driving, and I have my hands high above my head. One hand is always on the steering wheel. Don't worry, we're safe here.
Um, and I just sit and be as big as possible, and that is a wonderful way. If you can move your body first, then your mind will follow. So, power pose, all the time. It's easy to do, and it only takes, I don't know, one or two minutes.
I- it's letting your brain rewire. So, so before you go in to do your next color or your next cut with a high-paying client, like, go back into the back where we, with your mixing room, and just stand and ignore all, any of your coworkers or any of the other stylists, and just do your funny little power pose. I promise, you're gonna get out there, and you're gonna do the best color job you've ever done in your life. Right.
What- what a simple- Now- ... and tangible action, you know? I love how tangible that is. I think my, uh, my community is definitely about, like, tangible steps and actions.
And, and how easy and tangible is it to literally just physically move your body into a more powerful position. And so, just to, like, get your mindset right, and so simple and beautiful. So, like, you know, you don't have to have, like, a full emotional ritual awakening to, to, to, to let yourself, let some more confidence in, right? You, like, those, uh, those little baby steps can really help you get to where you want to go.
So, I love that so much. Right. Like, even if you're behind the chair, like, just spread your feet apart a little bit, you know? Plant them down, like, and open up your chest while you're cutting hair, or if you're doing something special, it's going to make a difference.
Think about when-... you're scrolling through social media, you're comparing yourself to everybody else, you have the thoughts in your head, "Oh, I wish that I could do better." What is your body doing? Like, you are closing in on yourself, you're making yourself smaller.
The world tells women especially, like, you have to be smaller, you can't be loud, you shouldn't make noise, you shouldn't disrupt the water, right? And that is completely wrong. Instead, open up, be big, and, because you have something very important to share. You are, you have a gift, so use that.
Absolutely. I love that. Um... I love that.
Really, really awesome. Right. Um, I'm, I can't believe there's three more of these. I think this is so good so far.
I'll go through them. I'll go through them, don't you worry. We'll get, we'll get through them fast. The next thing is to rewire the words in your head, okay?
And I love that I get to say this, because I am the worst at this. This is something that I always have to figure out. We need to rewire the words in our head, because I hear the same thing from women all of the time that I work with, "I'm not good enough. I'm too, I'm too heavy."
I hear a lot of that, 'cause I do work with women with taking pictures. "I weigh too much." Um, "I don't know what I'm doing in business. I'm overwhelmed.
I'm stressed." How many times do you have, like, these words just, like, rattling through your brain subconsciously? You need to rewire the words in your head. Our brains are wonderful.
They are neuroplastic, which means we actually can change the physical makeup of our brain. This is not any woo stuff. I'm all here for the woo, but this is legit science, uh, based. Your brain is neuroplastic.
You can change it. And how you change it is by saying different things to yourself and pausing. You have the ability to consciously say, "Oh my gosh, I just said that, like, I am, you know, the worst at managing my money and my business." No.
You can say, pause and say, "You know what? Thank you, thought, for being there, but actually, I'm learning and becoming better each and every single day." And that simple shift, you gotta do it repetitive, 'cause you say those bad things, like, 5,000 times. You've gotta say the good things about that many times too.
But rewiring the words in your head is going to change the fundamental makeup of your brain, uh, and start to think the opposite of that, right? The opposite of these destructive thoughts. Yes, I love that. And, and, and you know what I hear there too, is, like, I love that you said, "Oh, I just said this in my brain," right?
Like, "Oh, I just told myself that I'm not worthy of this," right? I love the aw- the awareness factor, right? Because if you aren't aware of something, then there's no way that you can, you can do anything about it. And so if you are aware that these maybe are the, th- that, again, like, tangible, actual thoughts that are going through your brain, and also even just, like, physically putting words to your thoughts, right?
Um, I think is so smart and so simple, yet, you know, uh, really powerful, and something, I think, that you, you s- you said this too, I think, is, it should be amplified. It's like, you don't just be aware of these thoughts once and they completely just go away, right? It's a never-ending journey. Like, you, like, nobody is ever just gonna be fixed and perfect and amazing for the rest of their life, right?
And so having it as a constant practice... Absolutely. and, and adding these things into your routine, um, I think is, is totally something that I should start doing in my life and everybody should too. Absolutely.
And it's as simple, if, if you are struggling with trying to figure out how to be aware of this, it's as simple as writing down, uh, just doing a brain dump. Get a piece of paper and write down absolutely everything that's in your head. And don't hold back, because sometimes we're like, "Oh, that would be a terrible thing to say. I'm not gonna write that."
No, put it down, put all of those things down, and then look at them, because they're already going through your head. It brings that from, i- it brings it to your frontal lobe where you can actually start to focus and make decisions based on it, instead of, like, you know, we use, like, our animal brain. That's what's running in the background. But we really wanna bring it forward to where we can be aware and cognizant of that.
And Hunter, you're right. Like, here you are, you're doing so many wonderful things in your business. Do you have destructive thoughts that run through your brain like this? Every, same here.
Uh, there is no point in your life that you're gonna be cured of this. No high achiever, nobody who's had the greatest success is like, "Bing, all of a sudden, all the thoughts inside of my brain are happy." Never. The difference is, can you be the one who's in charge of those?
Are you in charge of your brain or are you letting your brain run around on itself? Yeah. And you know what? I, I love that you just said that too, because we talked about comparison.
It's like, we are on the social and we're, like, scrolling and scrolling and seeing all these people that we wanna be like, and it's like, you have no idea what they're going through too. And you, like, they have the exact same, like, fundamental animal brain, just like, like caveman brain, just like w- just like we all do, right? And they have their flaws and they have their things that they, they work through as well. But I like that, you know, there are, that you said that the difference is, is you, you can, you can be aware of those and you can work through them and you can show up anyway and you can, and you can feel more confident and, uh, do what you gotta do to be successful and live your purpose.
Absolutely. And it's a daily thing. So and, uh, all of these, all of these are daily things. This is not a one-and-done.
Rewire the words in your head every single day. So, one of the things that I love to do to help build my confidence is to learn something new. Okay.I am a learn- I love to learn.
I love courses, I love podcasts, I love books, I love all of these things. And it helps me build my confidence by learning something new and simple. It doesn't have to do anything with your business, okay? So learn to knit, learn to make a new dessert, learn to paint a picture, learn to change a tire, learn to code a, a program on the computer.
When you're learning something new, what it does is it allows your mind to be open and abundant, and most importantly, you are more forgiving of yourself when you make a mistake. And this helps you practice testing and making mistakes in other areas of your life. So now you're more prone, and you're okay to make a mistake in your business. A lot of times, we, uh, lack confidence because we don't wanna make a mistake.
We say, "We have to be perfect. We have to make all of the right choices, and so I'm not confident in trying something new." But when you're constantly learning something new and you're allowing yourself to practice making mistakes, it's gonna be easier in your business, and that's where you're gonna be able to be more confident, to try something new and challenging, to take that leap of faith to, to grow. So, learn something new.
Failure is absolutely essential for success. Oh, yes. You have to fail over and over and over again. Yeah.
I tell my kids- And it doesn't ever stop. It doesn't. I tell my kids, I'm like, "Uh, have you failed today?" And they're like- ...
"What, Mom? I don't ever wanna fail." And I'm like, "Uh-uh. You better get back out there, and you go fail.
Fail 10 times today." They look at me like I've got 10 heads, but that's okay because I want them to know that failure is not a bad thing. And a lot of times we categorize failure as, like, it didn't work out. But when we think about our businesses from a s- like a scientist...
Think of your business as, like, you're a scientist. If all of a- Yes. sudden you're in the, in a lab and you're mixing something up and, like, it explodes in your face, do the scientists say, like, "Oh, well, I guess we're never gonna figure out the cure to that, you know, disease"? Of course not.
They're like, "Oh, man. Well, that didn't work. Let's try mixing it up this way," right? Right.
Do that in your business. Yes. Do that in your business. I love that so much.
So keep learning. Keep learning, keep failing. And then my final step, and this is my favorite one, it is to find a support system. Mm-hmm.
Because when you are discouraged or you are not at your best, 100% having a good support system can make all the difference. Now, maybe you don't have a good support system in your family or friend group or even at your salon. Maybe y- you're- Mm-hmm. struggling.
There are different ways to go. Hunter is your support system. He is- Mm-hmm. right here.
He is that little voice in your ear telling you everything that you need to do to keep moving, to keep growing, to keep excelling, to be better every single day. So let Hunter be your support system. Find people who are going to lift you up, um, and just know that, that he's your biggest cheerleader, guys. So- ...
uh, so that's, that's it. Find a s- great support system. Yeah, I'm a firm believer in finding people who are in the same game as you are, right? Or have been in the same game that you are in, and that are like-minded in the same way where, like, you are looking for, like, you are looking for growth, like, you are looking for success.
Because like you said earlier, Britney, I mean, if you are listening to this right now, then you're most likely on the higher achiever side of things. You are on the side of, like, you are thinking about your business as a business. And we, uh, w- as we know, like, a lot of people really aren't f- wired that way, and not everybody's gonna understand, um, when you're talking about, you know, your goals and what you're doing to grow and, and when you're listening to a business podcast or when you're investing in education. Like, not...
The people that directly around you aren't gonna understand that because they're not, they don't, they, a lot of the times they don't have that same mindset. And so, being in rooms and communities and with people who really get wh- like what you're doing and why you're doing it, I think, is really essential for growth. And I've been in salons and spaces where I was surrounded by people who didn't have the same mindset as me, and it was so, so, so discouraging and so hard to, like, push through that and keep on keeping on. And so I love that, that final step.
It's very, very, um, very essential for sure. So, Britney, those seven steps are freaking awesome. Um, thank you so much for sharing them. I think that these are things that the audience, the you, you listener, who you can take and, and start implementing.
And like you said, it's a daily thing, right? But it takes a little bit of work, right? So if you're listening to this, what I want you to do is, is I want you to t- write down your takeaways. I want you to listen back to this podcast and maybe write down what those seven steps were and make an action plan for yourself, and, like, be really intentional about what you're gonna do from here on out 'cause I want this episode to be tangible for you.
But what I also want you to do is I want you to check out Britney because Britney talks about this stuff all the time, and she talks about a lot of things that can be really relevant to us as a small business trying to grow and be confident and be freaking badasses at the end of the day. And so, Britney, where can the people find you? Where can the people continuously get inspired by you and all of the good things? Oh, well, thank you so much, Hunter.
Um, you can find me at my website. It's britbanyon.com. That's one T.
Or you c- that's where you can find me on basically anything. Instagram is britbanyon, and I, um, also the, uh, host of the Posed for Success podcast. So if you want daily inspiration or weekly inspiration, you can go ahead and check that out. We talk all about, uh, marketing yourself, branding yourself, and showing up authentically.
I love that. And do you have any, like, resources also, like, on top of your podcast that, like, people can download or, like, invest in or anything like that?Absolutely. If you head on over to the website, brittbenion.
com, you will immediately see that I've got a great resource, it's called the Scroll Stopping Posing Guide. Mm. It helps you to know the poses that you can do. If you're, if you're like, "Okay, I'm ready, Brittany.
I'm gonna show up confidently. It's time for me to do this," and then you get in front of the camera and you freeze- ... and you forget that you have, like, arms and legs and, "What do I do with my body?" Okay, just, you can download this.
It's going to show you exactly what to do in a natural and authentic way so you can start showing up and gives you just a little tidbit so that you can be ready to, to show up in photos. Very freaking cool. Thanks, Brittany. And we'll make sure that we leave that in the show notes for people to get really super conveniently.
Brittany, thank you so much for coming on and sharing with my audience. I know that you and I are going to be working together a little bit more in the future, so for my, uh, my, my members inside my programs, make sure to look out for me and Brittany. We're gonna come in hot. She's gonna be spilling all the tea with us.
Um, but seriously, I really appreciate you taking the time to share some love and confidence and tangible steps with these people today. So, so much love to you. Thank you very much. Thank you so much, Hunter.
All righty, uh, if you enjoyed this episode, my friend, then I would very much appreciate if you left a five-star review wherever you are listening to this and leave a little testimonial so that way more people just like you can find the community that they need to feel the support to keep on going, to have the confidence to show up. Um, I would really appreciate it and I know that they will too. So, I hope that you have a blessed rest of your day. Uh, so much love to you.
Peace out, girl scout. Bye-bye.
Keep listening
